You can share reports with people who don't have access to the platform by generating a shareable link directly from the report view. Follow the steps below to get started.
Sharing a report from the report view
Step 1. Open the report you would like to share
Step 2. Then, at the top right corner, click on the "Share" button
Step 3. Click on "Copy quick link" to generate and copy a link to the shared report
Note: If you want to disable a shared report link, click on the Unshare report button located under the "Send report link" option.
Sharing a report from the homescreen view
In the Reports section, click on the three dots and then select "Share Report". In there, you will be able to click on "Copy quick link", which will copy and generate a new shareable link.
Note: You can select options for disabling date changing in shared links and securing a report with a password. You can also add client-facing IQ chat or unshare the report altogether.
