Introducing the IQ Chat: Your New Time-Saving Tool
We are excited to announce a new addition to Whatagraph that will help you save time and effort when analyzing your data. Our new AI chatbot is here to do the heavy lifting for you; all you have to do is open the IQ Chat and ask any question related to your data.
The AI chatbot is designed to provide you with quick answers to any questions related to your data, all you need to provide is context such as specific data source and the time frame you want to analyze. The chat is able to provide you with answers in different formats whether you need simple numbers, tables, or short descriptions.
Finding the IQ Chat
Look for the blue AI chatbot icon in the bottom-right corner of any Whatagraph screen (home, reports, or settings).
Click the icon to open the chatbot.
Asking questions
In the chat window, type your question related to your data.
Follow the in-chat prompts to:
Select the data source
Choose the date range
Examples of questions you can ask:
“What were our top-performing channels in Q2?”
“Show me website traffic by device for the last 30 days.”
“Give me a summary of ad spend by campaign.”
Getting a more detailed answer
You can tailor the output format by asking for:
A specific format: “Show as a table” or “Summarize this in a sentence.”
Adjustments: “Change the metric to cost per click” or “Break this down by week.”
Important things to note: the AI chat is able to read the history, so if you don't like a part of the answer, you can ask to make any adjustments to it.
Using the IQ Chat in Shared Reports
Whatagraph’s AI chatbot is also available in shared reports, offering real-time insights for your clients.
Enabling IQ Chat for Clients
Your clients will now see the AI chatbot in the bottom-right corner of the shared report. It will follow your report's branding theme.
Key benefits:
Clients can ask questions about the data in the current tab they’re viewing.
They get instant insights without contacting your team.
They can review or delete their chat history at any time.
Note: Chat history is stored at the user level and is only visible to the client who asked the question.
