We recently released an update that makes it even easier to share and/or automate the reports in our platform. Before this update, users had to go into the report, wait for it to load, then go into the report actions to see the sharing/automation options. This added several extra steps and could be quite time-consuming, depending on the size of the report.
However, with this update, we have removed a few extra steps required to do these actions. Now you can generate a link or automate the report by clicking on the three dots on the report card without opening it.
To take advantage of this feature, all you need to do is the following:
Step 1. Hover on a report and click on the 3 dots:
Step 2. Then, you will see these two options, which will allow you to quickly share the report link or to automate the report of your choice.
That's it! Once you have completed the steps, your report will have been successfully shared or automated.
