Customize your report style using Whatagraph IQ
Whatagraph IQ makes it easy to align your reports with your brand identity by allowing you to personalize colors, fonts, and themes using either a written prompt or an image. You can also fine-tune the styling manually after generation for full control. By using Whatagraph IQ, you can create visually striking, fully branded reports in just a few clicks, and no design skills are required.
Accessing branding settings in Whatagraph
Open any report in Whatagraph.
In the report's top right, click the Settings to access Report Settings.
Click the “Custom branding colors” Edit button.
Enhancing Themes with Whatagraph IQ
Inside the branding settings, you’ll find the "Enhance theme style with IQ" feature.
Use IQ to Generate a Theme
Click the “Enhance theme style with IQ” button.
Choose one of the following input options:
Text Prompt – Describe the theme you want. Example: "Make the report a Batman theme."Upload Image – Use an image to inspire the theme’s color palette.
Click the Arrow button to generate the theme. Whatagraph IQ will create a custom design based on your input.
Continue Customizing Manually
After generating the theme:
Scroll down to adjust individual colors used in the report.
Modify fonts and other visual elements as needed.
Note: You can add more custom colors by clicking on the + button in the charts' color section if your report includes multiple charts or data points requiring unique entries.
Saving and Reusing Your Theme
Once you're happy with your custom branding, tick the Save as Global Theme box to have the ability to apply the design in other reports.
Tips for Better Theming
Use high-quality, on-brand images for more accurate AI-generated themes.
If your brand has specific HEX codes, you can manually input them for precision.
Stick to accessible color combinations for better readability across devices.

Yes! The branding settings allow you to change fonts as part of your theme customization.
What if the IQ theme isn't exactly what I want?
No problem! After generation, you can tweak every color and font manually to get the perfect look.
