Once you have a finished report, you can share it with others that don't belong to your Whatagraph team, including external clients who don't have Whatagraph accounts. Below you will find several ways to do that.

Shared link

Step 1: To share your report via a shared link, click on the Actions button at the top right corner here:

Step 2: Choose the option called "Send report link":

Step 3: You can select options for disabling date changing in shared links or securing a report with a password. Note that if you add password protection, you'll need to share both the new secure link and password with your intended recipients, as old links will no longer work. Once you are done, click on the Done button:

Note: You will always be able to get the shared report link by visiting the report and going to the "Send report link" option. The link stays the same.

Troubleshooting: If you find that the 'Send report link' option is greyed out, this may be because the report is part of an automated process. To resolve this, either temporarily remove the report from automation or create a duplicate report specifically for sharing.

PDF

Step 1: To share your report via a PDF file, click on the Actions button at the top right corner here:

Step 2: Choose the option called "Download PDF":

Step 3: Select the option to merge the pages or keep them, and click on the "Download file" button:

Note: To download a PDF file version of your report, make sure that you have enabled pop-ups in your browser settings.
