Learn how to create new folders on your home screen and how to move a report from one place to another

You can use a report moving feature when you have created a report in one folder or your home screen but would prefer it to be in another place. Below you will find instructions on creating a new folder and moving a report to it.

Creating a folder

Step 1: To create a new folder, click on the + sign under the word Folders here:

Step 2: Enter your preferred name and click on the "Add folder" button:

Moving Reports

You can move a report from one place to another via two methods. Below you will find a step-by-step guide for both of the ways to do it.

First method

Step 1: Hover on the report that you want to move and click on the three dots here:

Step 2: Click on the "Move to folder" option:

Step 3: Select a folder where you want the report to be and click on the "Continue to sources" button:

Step 4: Choose between an option to move the sources to the new folder or to revert the used sources in the report to sample data and click on the "Agree and move" button:

Second method

Step 1: Click on the Actions button in your report here:

Step 2: Select the "Move to folder" option:

Step 3: Select a folder where you want the report to be and click on the "Continue to sources" button:

Step 4: Choose between an option to move the sources to the new folder or to revert the used sources in the report to sample data and click on the "Agree and move" button:
