How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Whatagraph Subscription

Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing cycles directly from your account settings.

Updated over a week ago

Managing your Whatagraph subscription is straightforward and can be done directly from your account dashboard. Whether you need to upgrade to access more features or downgrade to a more suitable plan, this guide will walk you through the entire process.

Important: Only Admins can access the Subscription section. If you have a different role (such as Manager or Editor), you won’t see this option in your account.

1. Access Your Subscription Settings

  • Log in to your Whatagraph account

  • Click on your profile icon in the top right corner

  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu

  • Navigate to the Subscription section in the left sidebar

2. Upgrade Your Plan

  • Click the Change plan button in your subscription settings

  • Review the available plans and their features

  • Select your preferred billing cycle (Monthly or Annual)

  • Choose the plan you want to upgrade to

  • Click the Upgrade button on your chosen plan

  • Complete the payment process

Note: If you’re on the Max plan, upgrading or downgrading must be arranged through a call with our team.

3. Switch Between Monthly and Annual Billing

Whatagraph offers both monthly and annual billing options:

  • Monthly billing: Great for testing higher-tier plans before committing.

  • Annual billing: Save up to 20% when you choose annual payment.

When selecting your plan, simply toggle between Monthly and Annual billing to choose what works best for you.

4. Downgrade Your Plan

  • Access your subscription settings

  • Click Change plan

  • Select the lower-tier plan you want to switch to

  • Click the Downgrade button

  • Confirm your selection

The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

Please note that Whatagraph does not issue refunds. If you’d like to test a higher plan (for example, to access a specific integration), we recommend selecting the monthly billing option. This allows you to try the plan for a month and then decide whether to continue or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle.

By following these steps, you’ll always have the flexibility to adjust your Whatagraph subscription to match your team’s reporting needs.
