When you need more source credits, integrations, or features, upgrading takes just a few clicks. If you're on the Free plan, you can move to Go yourself in the app - here's how.
Important: Only Admins can access the Subscription section. If you're a Manager or Editor, you won't see this option.
Upgrade from Free to Go
Step 1: Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Step 2: Go to the Subscription section in the left sidebar.
Step 3: Click Change plan.
Step 4: Choose your billing cycle - Monthly or Annual.
Step 5: Select Go and click Upgrade.
Before upgrading to Go, toggle between Monthly and Annual:
Monthly - good for trying Go before committing.
Annual - lowers your monthly rate, saving up to 20%.
Step 6: Complete the payment.
Upgrade to Max or Prime
Max and Prime are tailored to your needs, so they're set up with our team rather than in the app. To upgrade, open a live chat and we'll get you set up.
How to downgrade
Downgrades can't be made in the app. To move to a lower plan, open a live chat with our team and we'll arrange it. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Note: Before downgrading, check which integrations and features the lower plan includes so you don't lose access to something you rely on.
Refund policy
We bill each cycle upfront, and those payments aren't refundable - that includes partial periods, plan changes, and any unused time. The easiest way to avoid surprises is to pick the plan and billing cycle that suit you before you commit.
