If you need to cancel your Whatagraph subscription, our team is here to guide you through the process. Your subscription will remain active until its renewal date after submitting a cancellation request, ensuring you continue to have uninterrupted access to your account and data.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews for an additional term at the end of each billing cycle unless you explicitly cancel it. Without cancellation action, you will be charged for another service term on your renewal date.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please contact our team through live chat or direct support. Our Success Managers will guide you through the process and may require phone validation to complete your cancellation request.

Note: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your renewal date to take effect for the current billing cycle.

What Happens After Cancellation

Once our Success Manager receives and validates your cancellation request:

  • Your subscription will be terminated on your renewal date.

  • You'll retain full access to your account until that date.
