We recently released two changes to our automation flow that will enhance user experience and help ensure the accuracy of your reports. To start with, you can now revert the status back from "Ready" to "Review" should you find yourself in a situation where accidental clicks lead to undesired outcomes or when you need to make changes to the report.

The second change is that we're adding an extra step after you click "Done Review". You will now be prompted with a message confirming your change, and any errors that may have gone unnoticed in the report will be made visible prior to submitting.

To take advantage of the first change, you would need to do the following:

Step 1. Find the report that is in the "Ready" stage, and click on the 3 dots.

Step 2. Then click on "Revert to Review".

Step 3. If you are sure about this change, click on "Revert to 'Review'".

Let's say you check the report and then click on "Done Review", but if there are any widgets that have errors or any other issues, you will see the following message.

If there are no issues in the report, then you will see the following message.

We hope these changes improve your reports, giving you more control over the automated report flow and ensuring that no reports are sent that have any issues.
