If there are any automated report settings that you would like to change without removing the automation, please follow these steps.
Choose the automated report that you would like to edit, hover your mouse on the three dots, and click on "Edit automation settings". A pop-up will show up, and if you would like to proceed, click on "Confirm":
Note: The report calendar cannot be modified once it has been automated, and you would need to remove the automation to adjust it. In turn, the automation history of the previous automation will be gone even if the report is re-automated:
Then, you will be able to change the automation settings that you would like. It could be "Delivery day", "Time", if you would like to review the automated report before sending it, etc.
Additionally, you can update the recipient list during new automation setup or when editing automation settings to ensure all necessary stakeholders receive reports.
Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
If one or more recipients fail to receive an automated report, the issue often lies with their email/security settings.
Common Cause: The recipient’s email system may be blocking messages from the automated report email
Resolution: Ask the affected recipient or their IT team to whitelist the sender email address used for automated deliveries. Check which email theme is used in the report settings.
And in the email theme settings, confirm the sender email:
