Have you ever tried setting up a Conversion actions widget, but could not find which dimension or report type to use? If that's the case, here are the steps on how to set it up.

Step 1: Add a table widget to the report and choose the "Campaign" report type:

Step 2: Add a "Conversion action name" dimension to the widget:

​Step 4. Change the metrics to the following: "Conversions", "Conversions value", "All conversions" or "All conversions value". Otherwise, the following error will pop up:

After choosing the correct metrics, the conversion action data will show up in the widget:
