Currently, Google Ads only lets you show conversion actions with conversion-related metrics:
Conversions,
All Conversions,
Conversions value,
All Conversions value
If you want to see conversions alongside other data, like impressions or cost, in the same table, you would need to create a blended source to bypass the Google Ads limitation.
Follow the steps as shown here if you would like to create a blended source which will allow to see conversion actions data with other non-supported metrics in a table widget
Step 1. Start by creating your own blend by going into the Organize tab within the platform.
Step 2. In the Organize tab, click on "+Create New" and select "Blended Source".
Step 3. Once you click on that, we will divide the Google Ads into two or more parts; one part will have regular data that you would like to display in the widget, and the other part will be Conversion Action data.
You can use a "Conversion Action Name" filter to show data just for a particular action from your Google Ads source.
You can create more parts in the blended source, such as separating the conversion actions into individual actions instead of grouping them together.
Step 4. In the Join, select "Full Outer" if you would like for all matching and non-matching data to be retrieved. You can check the following article about other join types and how they differ
Step 5. Once you complete this step, click on "Create a blend" which will create a completely new source with the specified set-up.
Step 6. Afterwards, you can select the blended source in the report, and create a widget using it.
In this example, it shows Campaign performance with a blended source, with the "Conversions" column showing data for a specific conversion action.
