Have you switched your Google Analytics source to Google Analytics 4 and had a bit of a struggle to create a "source medium" or a "channel grouping" table widget, because the dimensions are named differently between the integrations? Fear not, here are easy steps on how to create these specific widgets.

Source Medium (Session Medium)

Step 1. Add a table widget to the report.

Step 2. Change or add a dimension called "Session medium". The dimension name in Google Analytics 4 has been changed, and instead of "Source medium" it's now called "Session medium".

Tip. If you would like to filter a specific session medium or channel grouping, use the filter option to do so.

Default Channel Grouping (Session Default Channel Grouping)

Step 1. Add a table widget to the report.

Step 2. Change or add a dimension called "Session Default Channel Grouping". The dimension name in Google Analytics 4 has been changed, and instead of just "Default Channel Grouping" it's now called "Session Default Channel Grouping".
