What are Source Groups?
If you have many data sources and want to report on them together, Source Groups can help.
Source Groups let you combine multiple sources into one group so you can:
Aggregate metrics without custom formulas.
Report on cross-channel or single-source data more efficiently.
Keep your reporting organized and easier to manage.
Note: Source Groups are created and managed in the Organize space. You will find the "Organize" space on the top navigation bar in our legacy UI:

How to Create a Source Group (old UI)
Step 1: To create a source group, you would first need to click Create New and select the 'Source group' option.
Step 2: You will see the section where you can add details regarding your source group. Such as the name and the description of the source group.
Step 3: On scrolling down, you will find the option to select different channels where you want to aggregate the data.
You could select a single source or multiple channels from the same category.
Note: you cannot select two channels from different categories.
Step 4: You would then see the available report types and metrics that can be aggregated across those channel(s).
Step 5: After scrolling down further, you can select sources from the channels selected above to aggregate data from.
Step 6: After selecting the sources, click 'Save changes' and 'Create source group.'
Your Source Group is now ready to use in the reports and overview 🥳
