If you have ever added a widget and it didn't show the correct currency sign that you would like to use, here are the steps on how to change it:
Step 1. Click on a widget and then click the "Settings" section:
Step 2. Choose the currency that you would like the widget to display, and make sure to click on "Save Changes"
You can also change the currency display, by grouping more than one widget, by using "Command" (CMD) or "Control"(CTRL) keys and then clicking on the widgets that you would like to group:
