How to use Offline Data widgets

Learn how to manually add data in your report

Have you ever wanted to enter your own data in a report? If you need to include or display data that can't be pulled out from your online data sources, here's where our Offline Data feature comes in handy. Here's a quick explanation of how to add Offline data widgets:

Step 1. Go to your report's editing mode and select "Offline Data" from the widget menu.

Step 2. Select one of the widget types from the available options. For this demonstration, we're going to use a "Table" widget.

Step 3. Drag the widget into your report and click on it to go to its editing mode. Go to "Edit offline data". Enter your data manually.

If you want to add or remove another row or column, you can right-click on your mouse or press the control button and mousepad on your laptop.


โ€‹Note: If you're using a MacOS system, you can change your settings manually. For example, by enabling the Secondary click, you can press your mousepad two times instead of using the Control button. You can find them here:
