How to filter data within a blended source

Blend filters are set per source, so you can narrow each channel’s data independently before it joins with the others

A blended source combines data from multiple channels into a single virtual source. Within the blend, each source can carry its own filter, applied before the blend join runs. This means you can narrow one channel’s data independently of the others — for example, showing only campaigns containing “brand” from Meta Ads while keeping all campaigns from Google Ads — and every widget connected to the blend reflects the result.

Step 1. Navigate to Aggregations on the left side panel.

Step 2. Under Blended sources, find the blend you want to update and click on it.

Step 3. The blend editor opens. Each column in the editor represents one of the sources in the blend. In the column of the source you want to filter, click the three dots on the right side of the source name and choose Add a filter.

Step 4. Choose the dimension, operator, and value for your filter — for example: Campaign name / contains / “washing”.

Step 5. Confirm the filter, then click Save changes to apply your edits to the blend.
