Important: Only Admins can access the Subscription section. If you're a Manager or Editor, you won't see this option.
Starting with a Max trial
All new accounts start with a 14-day Max trial. You get full access to everything Max includes: advanced integrations, Source Groups, Blended Sources, white-label reporting, and KPI monitoring.
At the end of your trial, book a call with our team to choose the plan you want to continue with. Everything you built during the trial stays in your account.
Upgrading your plan
To move to Max or Prime, reach out via live chat or contact your success manager. Our team will confirm your requirements and get the new plan set up.
Downgrading your plan
To move to a lower plan, reach out to your success manager, and our team will arrange it. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Note: Before downgrading, check which integrations and features your target plan includes so you don't lose access to something you rely on.
Refund policy
We bill each cycle upfront, and those payments aren't refundable - that includes partial periods, plan changes, and any unused time. The easiest way to avoid surprises is to pick the plan and billing cycle that suit you before you commit.
