There are times when a source needs to be transferred to a different account due to a variety of reasons. Follow the steps below to see how you can achieve this as well.

Please note that you can only transfer the sources added by other channel accounts to your added channel account. This means that you can not transfer your connected sources to other channel accounts added by other Whatagraph users, unless the same Whatagraph user adds several channel accounts.

Steps 1. Go to the source management by clicking the "Data Sources" or "Connect Sources" options in the Home Screen:

​Step 2. Find the channel, and check if you have added a channel account with your Whatagraph user. To identify which accounts were added with your Whatagraph profile easily, check if there are three dots next to the account.

If you do not see the 3 dots, that means that you haven't added a channel account with your Whatagraph account, and in this case, you will need to click on "Add new" to add it:

Step 3. Click on the channel account from which you would like to transfer the source from. Choose the sources, click on the three dots, and press "Transfer source ownership". Click on your channel account, and then once more, click on "Transfer ownership".

After that, if your channel account has the necessary permissions, the source will be transferred to your chosen account.
