Have you tried changing your report calendar settings, but a few widgets in your report didn't update? In this article, you will learn why it happens and more.

You will notice a calendar icon on the top right when you open a report. We call this the report calendar.

If you want to show data for a specific period, you would need to choose it by clicking on the icon here:

Once you have a few widgets in your report, you might notice another calendar icon in the widget settings drawer on the right side while you are in a widget. We call it the widget calendar.

If you want to show data for a specific period in only one or a few widgets, you would need to choose it by clicking on the icon here:

Note: By doing that, you disconnect the widget from the main report calendar, and now it has a separate date range that it follows. That means if you update the report calendar, this widget will not update automatically because it follows its own settings.

If you change your mind and don't want the widget to follow its own date settings anymore. You can always choose an option to "Restore to Report date" in the widget calendar. You can find it here:

If you are unsure if a widget is following its own calendar settings, you can look for a date range at the widget's footer like here:

โ€‹Please note that if the widget is quite small, the date range will not appear. As shown in the screenshot here:
