Custom domain feature allows you to change the whatagraph.com domain to any other domain and personalize your report emails with your own company name.
This means your company's subdomain will be visible in the sender field whenever an automated report is sent or shared.
Also, with this option, you can replace the standard Whatagraph web report URL to one branded to your company name. So instead of seeing app.whatagraph.com, you would see reports.agencyname.com/

Can be turned into reports@agencyname.com

We also remove Whatagraph branding from the shared links
Customers can remove the branding from their automated emails within their email whitelabel settings
How to do it?
The custom domain setup will require some domain configuration changes on your end. For this, you will have to access your domain settings. If you don’t have access to your domain settings, we’d suggest looping in a colleague who does. To kick things off, we’ll need the following information:
Which domain do you want to use for your shared links? We’d suggest choosing something similar to reports.[agency_name].com
Do you want to customize the email that we use for sending the automated reports as well? Currently, the automated reports are being sent from reports@reports.live, and you can change that to reports@[agency_name].com. We suggest keeping the email and shared link domains the same so your clients know it’s the same system.
After you have the URL and e-mail, you will need to create DNS records on your side:
For custom domain:
Please create a new “A” record within your domain DNS settings with the following options.
Type: A
Name: [DOMAIN CHOSEN BY THE USER]
Value: [IP ISSUED BY WHATAGRAPH]
TTL: 600 seconds
Once you create this, please let us know, and we’ll finish setting that up for you.
For custom email address:
Please create the following 4 records within your domain DSN settings
TXT
Type: TXT
Name: [NAME ISSUED BY WHATAGRAPH]
Value: [VALUE ISSUED BY WHATAGRAPH]
TTL: 600 seconds
CNAME
Type: CNAME
Name: [NAME ISSUED BY WHATAGRAPH]
Value: [VALUE ISSUED BY WHATAGRAPH]
TTL: 600 seconds
CNAME
Type: CNAME
Name: [NAME ISSUED BY WHATAGRAPH]
Value: [VALUE ISSUED BY WHATAGRAPH]

Once you create this, please let us know, and we’ll finish setting that up for you.
P.S. Some hosting and domain providers have their own admin panels, where you can manage your DNS records. For example, you can do this on GoDaddy yourself: https://uk.godaddy.com/help/add-a-cname-record-19236 and https://uk.godaddy.com/help/add-a-txt-record-19232
