At the end of the Subscription Plan term, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional term unless explicitly canceled by you. If you wish to cancel your subscription with Whatagraph, please reach out to our team via live chat.
It's important to note that cancellations must be submitted at least 15 days before the end of the term.
Upon receipt of your cancellation request by one of our Success Managers and validation via phone, your subscription will be terminated on the day of your renewal. You'll retain access to your account until then unless immediate cancellation is requested.
Please be aware that subscription payments are made in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable. Even after cancellation, you will still have access to your account until the end of your subscription term.
