When working with Whatagraph report widgets, there are several ways to manage the number of displayed ads effectively. Below, we explain methods to display additional ads when viewing reports interactively and when exporting them as PDFs.
Increasing Widget Size
The primary method to display more ads in a Whatagraph widget is to increase the widget's size. By expanding the dimensions of the widget, additional ads can fit within the visible area. This approach is necessary for both interactive dashboards and PDF exports.
For PDF exports, increasing the widget size is crucial, as scrolling (explained below) does not apply to printed or exported formats.
If the desired number of ads still does not appear, continue enlarging the widget until all ads are displayed.
Using Scrolling for Shared Reports
When viewing a report interactively, you can enable scrolling in the widget’s settings. This feature allows users to navigate through additional ads within the same widget size.
Note: Scrolling will not appear in PDF exports. If the report is exported, only the visible portion of the widget will be included.
Additional Considerations
The number of ads visible in a widget is influenced by the data available for the selected date range. Ensure that the ads you’re expecting to see are included within the chosen time period.
By combining these methods and considerations, you can customize your Whatagraph report widgets to display the desired number of ads effectively.
