Can I switch back to the old UI?
Yes. Open your profile menu (top right) and use the “Switch to Old Experience” toggle.
Why do I see the new UI without switching?
Team admins can enable Whatagraph 3.0 for everyone. If you didn’t switch it yourself, check with your team admin.
Will the old UI be removed?
Yes, eventually. There’s no set deadline yet, but we encourage moving to Whatagraph 3.0 for the best experience.
Do I need to recreate reports, folders, or settings?
No. All your existing content is carried over automatically.
Will Insights or the new UI cost extra?
No, there are no additional charges planned.
