Have you tried verifying the Facebook/Instagram sources, but sometimes the verification does not work? If this is the case, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue. Before that, please check the following article for each channel's required permissions.

Step 1. Go to "Data Sources", find the source that needs to be verified and click on "Verify source access":

Step 2. If the sources are not verified after the first step, please click on "Add new" or on "Verify source access" once more:

Step 3. Once you are forwarded to Facebook, click on "Edit Settings" and check if you have access to "Business", "Page", and "Accounts", by clicking on "Opt in to current..."

If you do not see the source's Business Account in the list. You would need to gain either "Basic" Business Account permissions to that source or link the source to a business asset group on Facebook like so:

Note: please don't forget to assign people to the asset group, specifically the Facebook profile that added the source to source management.

If the source does not appear in the "Page" or "Instagram account" sections. Please make sure that you have the required permissions on Facebook. You can find the list of the permissions here.

Step 4. If everything has been correctly chosen, the source access should be verified.
