When you first connect a Shopify source, the data doesn't appear all at once. Whatagraph pulls it in the background, showing your most recent data first and filling in the rest as it goes. So an empty or partial report right after connecting is completely normal.
How long the initial sync takes
Recent data usually shows up within a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the size of your store. The full history (up to the last two years) keeps loading in the background and is usually complete by the next day. Larger stores can take a little longer.
There's nothing you need to do while this is happening - the data fills in on its own.
Note: If your Shopify source still shows no data after two to three days, please reach out to our support team via chat so we can take a look.
Still not seeing your data?
If the sync has finished and data is still missing, check these first:
Your date range goes back more than two years. Shopify data is only available for about the last two years. Try setting your date range to a more recent period.
The store had no orders in that period. Double-check that there was activity for the dates you've selected.
