When you set up report automation at client level, all the reports that you have under that particular client will have its automation settings, unless you choose differently.
To access client automation settings, simply click on the gear icon in your client's folder and select automation tab.
Under client automation you can select if you want the report to be reviewed before sending, if you want to receive a summary about delivered reports, whether you want the data to be compared to previous period, and who will be receiving the reports.
You can also change date format shown in the reports and select time of the day for the report to be delivered.
When do my automated reports come out?
If you selected to send report without your review:
- Daily - every day
- Weekly - Monday on Tuesday, depending on the integration.
- Monthly - 1st or 2nd of the month, depending on the integration.
- Quarterly - 1st or 2nd day of the quarter, depending on the integration.
- Yearly - 1st or 2nd day of the year, depending on the integration.
If you selected to review the report before sending:
The next day after the report is reviewed and approved for sending. You have time until the next automated report is generated to review the report (so one week for a weekly report, etc.). Unreviewed reports will not be sent.
