Recently we have released a new integration update for the Facebook page integration, and a few things have changed due to limitations from Facebook itself. Here's a list of things that have been changed.
To avoid confusion, all metric names and dimensions are renamed precisely as they appear on the Facebook side. A few of them have been deprecated or renamed. Therefore, please check if the correct metric is selected in your existing widgets when you see a message like this:
Unique metrics are queried for 1, 7, 28, 30 day-ranges to reduce the possibility of any data discrepancy. Unique metrics will be indicated in the metric names as well as "Reach." Please change your widget's date settings to use 1, 7, 28, 30 day-ranges when using these metrics to see the accurate results. For more information, please click here.
The "Reach" metrics will no longer fetch the numbers by day, meaning you will see accurate results, the same as on Facebook Page Insights.
Some breakdown dimensions can be grouped in the table widget. For example, "age" and "gender" can be selected simultaneously.
Single value widgets no longer have the "Post Insights" report type. Because of that, you might see a message pop up in your existing widgets asking you to change the report type and select the correct metric:
Note: "Post Insight" report type is supported by the table widget and both media widgets. Please use these widgets to display the data of your posts.
