Have you ever wondered where you can find your invoices? They are automatically generated at the end of your subscription. Just so you know, only admins can view and download invoices, which you can find under your account settings.
Step 1: Log in to your account, then go to account settings and click on "Subscription":
Step 2: The status of your payments and their invoices is available once you click on the "View your plan" section.
Step 3: To see your invoices, please click on the "Billing history".
Step 4: Then, you will see a list of invoices you can download. If you’re unable to locate a specific invoice, you can contact our support team with invoice details (e.g., period and account details). They will ensure timely assistance.
