Need to access your invoices? They are automatically generated at the end of each billing cycle and are easily accessible through your account settings. Please note that only account administrators have permission to view and download invoices.
For the old UI
Step 1: Log in to your account, then go to account settings and click on "Subscription":
Step 2: The status of your payments and their invoices is available once you click on the "View your plan" section.
Step 3: To see your invoices, please click on the "Billing history".
Step 4: Then, you will see a list of invoices you can download. If you’re unable to locate a specific invoice, you can contact our support team with invoice details (e.g., period and account details). They will ensure timely assistance.
For WG 3.0 UI
Step 1: Log in to your account, and click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Select Settings from the dropdown menu, and navigate to the Subscription
section.
Step 3: Click on Manage Billing, and go to Billing History.
Step 4: Find the invoice you need and click Download.
