If you received a message from Whatagraph asking you to verify connection to a data source, chances are that your access token has stopped working. Do not worry – this happens occasionally and can be easily fixed.

- Access token has expired due to security reasons.
- One of the users has changed the password.

First of all, make sure you are logged into the LinkedIn account on the same browser with the same email that appears next to the source error. Proceed by clicking the Verify account access button in the Account Access page.
