To minimize the time you spend on building new reports, you have the option of creating real-time reports (aka live reports) that will automatically refresh and display the latest analytics data from your data sources.

You can create a new or set an existing report live by taking the following steps:

Step 1. Once you’re done editing or creating your report, click the Done Editing button in the right-hand corner of your dashboard. You will be presented with a View mode of your report.

Step 2. Click the Publish Live Report button at the top of the page.

Step 3. Choose the date range you wish your real-time reports to fetch data from. You can select a suggested time period (eg. 7 days, 14 days, etc.) or set your date range manually. You can also compare your performance to previous period.

Step 4. Secure your reports with a password and email the details to your teammates. In the email, they will see the password that you've set and get a direct link to access the report. You can also copy the link to Clipboard and share it manually.

Note: Your report link will display sensitive marketing data that will refresh automatically. Share this link responsibly.

Step 5. Once you’re done, click the Publish button. Your real-time report will appear next to all the Automated reports on your home screen.

You can still adjust the settings by clicking the three dots at the right-hand corner of your report and selecting Publishing Settings. To disable a real-time report, click the Remove from Published button. It will be displayed as an on-demand report.

How to access and view your real-time (live) reports:

There are several ways for you to share and access real-time reports:

  1. Via a direct link.

  2. Via an email.

Note: Some reports might be protected by passwords. If you don't know it, please check with the person who has created the report in the first place.

Once you open your report, you will see the most current data that is available from your sources.

The date range of the report will be preselected by its initial creator, however, you can always adjust it using the Report period calendar menu in the right hand side of your screen. So instead of just viewing your weekly performance, you can jump to view a full month, year, or any other time period you wish.
