If you want to use the custom email domain feature, you must have White Label enabled on your plan. Once you do, navigate to your White Label settings, go to the E-mails tab, and click on the Get custom address button.
A chat box will pop up and you'll have to contact our custom support so they could manually enable this feature for you.
You will also need to make sure these steps are taken care of:
A, DKIM, and SPF records
First, think of the domain or subdomain you want to use for links to your reports and for sending emails from Whatagraph. Then, create several DNS records. If you don't know how to do this, ask your system administrator or technical guy, who is responsible for managing your domain, to do it for you.
Step 1. Create a DNS record for SUBDOMAIN.DOMAIN.COM with type "A" pointing to 184.108.40.206 (this is app.whatagraph.com IP address)
Step 2. Create TXT DNS record for mandrill._domainkey.SUBDOMAIN.DOMAIN.COM with this line:
v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCrLHiExVd55zd/IQ/J/mRwSRMAocV/hMB3jXwaHH36d9NaVynQFYV8NaWi69c1veUtRzGt7yAioXqLj7Z4TeEUoOLgrKsn8YnckGs9i3B3tVFB+Ch/4mPhXWiNfNdynHWBcPcbJ8kjEQ2U8y78dHZj1YeRXXVvWob2OaKynO8/lQIDAQAB;
Some DNS providers require that semicolons be escaped. If your provider requires escaping, use this value instead:
v=DKIM1\; k=rsa\; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCrLHiExVd55zd/IQ/J/mRwSRMAocV/hMB3jXwaHH36d9NaVynQFYV8NaWi69c1veUtRzGt7yAioXqLj7Z4TeEUoOLgrKsn8YnckGs9i3B3tVFB+Ch/4mPhXWiNfNdynHWBcPcbJ8kjEQ2U8y78dHZj1YeRXXVvWob2OaKynO8/lQIDAQAB\;
Step 3. Create TXT DNS record for your SUBDOMAIN.DOMAIN.COM:
v=spf1 include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all
If you already have a TXT record with SPF information, you'll need to edit it by adding
include:spf.mandrillapp.com in the record (before the last operator, which is usually
DKIM and SPF records are used for email authentication mechanism. Whatagraph uses Mandrill mail sending service for the secure and quality email sending.
After you add those records, please inform our technical support or sales guy, so we could turn this feature on for you.
P.S. Some hosting and domain providers have their own admin panels, where you can manage your DNS records. For example, you can do this on GoDaddy yourself: https://uk.godaddy.com/help/add-a-cname-record-19236 and https://uk.godaddy.com/help/add-a-txt-record-19232
Please check your provider's information and FAQ if this is possible.
