Sometimes our connection to your data source can be lost. This can happen due to a number of reasons: changes are introduced to the API, somebody changes the password to your account, there are security issues happening in the actual integration, and every user is required to verify the identity.

While we cannot control these changes, we have introduced Account access page where the status of the connection is displayed. When there is an error, we send you an automated email asking you to verify the sources, but you can also do it by going straight to the account access page and verifying the sources.
